   Meets Medicine

Clarity in the Chaos

Understand what is actually happening in your body instead of guessing, Googling, or being dismissed.

A Root Cause Approach

Address hormones, gut health, thyroid, fertility, and inflammation at the source, not just the symptoms.

Faith and Science in Harmony

Experience care and teaching that honors both biblical wisdom and evidence-based medicine.

You Feel Off.
But No One Can Tell You Why.

  • You are exhausted but your labs are “normal.”

  • You are gaining weight but you are eating clean.

  • Your anxiety is higher. Your sleep is worse. Your cycle is unpredictable.

  • You have been told it is stress, aging, or just part of being a woman.

It is not. Your body is not failing you. It is responding. And if we ask better questions, we find better answers.

“Faith is not denial. Faith is alignment. Faith does not ignore symptoms. Faith asks better questions.”

- Courtney Garner, APRN, CNP

This Is Not Symptom Management.
This Is Restoration.

Courtney Garner, APRN, CNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and clinical endocrinology.

But more than credentials, she brings a framework rooted in truth:

  • Faith is not denial.

  • Medicine is not the enemy.

  • Healing requires partnership.

  • The body was designed with intention.

  • She does not chase symptoms.

  • She investigates root causes.

Hormones. Thyroid. Gut health. Detox pathways. Stress physiology. All connected. All intentional.

Meet Courtney Garner, APRN, CNP

Before she was a practitioner, Courtney was a patient.

After walking through her own battles with gut health issues, infertility, and low thyroid, she experienced firsthand how confusing and frustrating the healthcare system can be. She knows what it feels like to be dismissed. To be told your labs are “normal.” To question yourself while knowing deep down something is not right.

That journey did more than shape her health. It reshaped her calling.

Today, Courtney is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and clinical endocrinology. She is an alumna of the University of Oklahoma and the University of South Alabama and an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

But her passion is not just professional. It is personal.

Courtney combines clinical precision with lived experience to help women uncover the root cause of their symptoms and restore optimal health through functional medicine and a biblically grounded framework. She believes medicine should investigate, not dismiss. She believes faith invites stewardship, not passivity. And she believes the body was designed with intention.

Wife. Mother of three. Clinician. Speaker. Courtney does not just teach health. She lives it.

A guide who has walked the road and now leads others forward.
